Sandalz is a non-smoking beach house on a quiet residential street that features two 2 bed/1 bath units with partial views of the ocean off the front balcony. This beautiful South Padre Island retreat is just steps from the beach and only minutes away from the local South Padre Island night life, great restaurants, and shopping. Each side of this very accommodating duplex can sleep up to 7 people. The units can also be rented together for large groups of up to 14 people.

Hurricane Dolly

Thank all of you who have sent emails asking me of the effects Dolly had on the beach house.

Dolly hit us with full force with east bound winds. The only damage suffered to the beach house has been lifted shingles and very minor (cosmetic) water damage.

The roof will be replaced in the coming week and we should be back up to speed and ready for tennants.
